I'm Jessica Reale
I've been a pelvic health physical therapist since 2010, and LOVE this population and the people who also love them! I started teaching pelvic series coursework in 2016, then went on to co-found Pelvic Floor University with Sara Reardon in 2020, and PelviCon with Andrew as well as Nicole and Jesse Cozean in 2021.
Andrew and I started Southern Pelvic Health in metro Atlanta in 2019, and we have grown to have 2 locations and multiple clinicians in our practice. We are passionate about taking what we've learned to help other clinicians and practice owners live their dream and help all the pelvises!

I'm Andrew Reale
As you can imagine my story is very different from Jess! Prior to coming over to SPH full time, I spent 13 years with the largest non profit in Atlanta, Georgia as their Major Gifts Director; focusing on fundraising, community relations, marketing and business development. Jess and I have really become an awesome team as we pair her clinical skills with our business skills to scale Southern Pelvic Health to what it is today.
When Jessica and I started SPH in 2019, we were a solo practioner operation, juggling a very young family! We have quickly grown to have 2 locations, multiple clinicians and patient care coordinators in our practice, while also balancing a beautiful family! We have learned a ton along the way!
